Borgo Clero ships orders with all the express couriers present on the Italian market, such as SDA, TNT/Fedex, UPS, DHL.
When your order leaves the Borgo Clero warehouse, you will receive an email indicating the estimated delivery times and instructions for tracking the package.

RETURNS
Borgo Clero complies with the legislation on the right of withdrawal, Legislative Decree 21/2014 of the Consumer Code:

The goods to be returned must be packed with extreme care, possibly using the same packaging received upon delivery, in order to guarantee an adequate level of protection.
The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
